ivyivy.com ("IvyIvy Developer & Creator Lab", "we") publishes free developer guides. Learn more about the lab on our About page.

1. Data we collect

• Contact messages: name, email, and message content when you use the contact form (processed by Web3Forms). We use it only to reply.
• Theme preference: a ivyivy-theme value in your browser's localStorage (light/dark). Never sent to servers.
• Aggregate analytics: privacy-friendly, cookieless page views (e.g., Cloudflare Web Analytics). No cross-site profiling.

We do not require accounts, and we do not sell personal data.

2. Cookies

We use strictly-necessary storage (theme preference) and, with third-party vendors, cookies for advertising and measurement described below. You can block cookies in your browser; core content remains readable.

3. Google AdSense & DoubleClick DART Cookie

We may display ads served by Google AdSense. Google uses theDoubleClick DART cookie to serve interest-based ads based on your visits to this and other sites. The DART cookie uses non-personally-identifiable information and does not track personal details such as your name or email.

• You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
• You may opt out of some third-party vendors' cookies for interest-based ads via aboutads.info or youronlinechoices.eu (EEA/UK).

4. Affiliate links

We may include affiliate links to third-party products or services in the future. If you purchase through such a link, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links will be clearly labeled (and marked with rel="sponsored nofollow"), and we only recommend tools we have evaluated against our published criteria.

5. Third-party links & embeds

Guides link to official tool sites (e.g., GitHub, Postman, Figma) and our network properties — current examples include (tools.ivyivy.com,finfree.ivyivy.com,ai-tutorial-hub.ivyivy.com) with more joining the network in the future. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

6. Data retention & rights

Contact messages are kept up to 24 months to handle follow-ups, then deleted. To request access, correction, or deletion, send us a message via our Contact Page (choose the "Privacy request" topic) — we respond within 30 days.

7. Children

Our content targets professional developers and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

Material changes will be noted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
